Coins that have not moved in extended periods indicate conviction supply. Rising long-term holder balances during weakness historically precede tighter float.

Exchange balances and flows

Sustained outflows from exchanges reduce immediately sellable supply. Read flows as context, never as a standalone trigger.

Metrics to discount

Raw transaction counts and unique address totals are easily inflated. Prefer fee revenue and economically meaningful value settled.
