Security & trust

Your capital and data, protected.

Security is not a feature — it is the foundation of every relationship we build with our clients.

Our providers are ISO/IEC 27001 certified

Vaultero Capital relies on enterprise-grade infrastructure partners whose information security management systems are independently certified to the ISO/IEC 27001 standard. This certification means the systems that power our platform, data storage and communications follow internationally recognised security controls and are regularly audited by accredited third parties.

The certificate pertains to our certified providers, not a claim of Vaultero Capital's own independent certification. Verified clients may request a copy of the current provider attestation through their relationship manager.

Operational security

Role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication and principle-of-least-privilege policies protect platform administration and client accounts.

Encrypted connections

All data in transit is protected with TLS 1.2 or higher. Sensitive data at rest is encrypted using modern, industry-standard algorithms.

Secure infrastructure

Our platform runs on hardened, SOC 2 Type II and ISO/IEC 27001 certified cloud infrastructure with redundant backups and continuous monitoring.

Audit & accountability

Administrative actions, financial requests and document access are recorded in tamper-evident audit logs reviewed by senior staff.

Our compliance programme

Every client relationship is opened, monitored and recorded under a documented control framework. The measures below describe how that framework operates today.

Client identification (KYC)

Before any capital is invested, each client completes identity verification: legal name, date of birth, nationality, residential address, a government-issued photo document and a proof of address issued within the last three months. Applications are reviewed manually by our compliance team — no account is approved automatically.

Anti-money-laundering controls

Clients declare their source of funds, expected annual investment volume, occupation and whether they are a politically exposed person. Higher-risk profiles are escalated for enhanced due diligence, and a risk rating is recorded against every approved file.

Sanctions & restricted jurisdictions

We screen declared residency against a maintained restricted-jurisdiction list and refuse onboarding where a client is resident in a sanctioned or restricted country, or declines the sanctions declaration.

Records & audit trail

Submissions, approvals, rejections, document access and financial approvals are written to an append-only audit log with the acting staff member and timestamp, retained for the period required by applicable recordkeeping rules.

Information security standards

The platform is operated on infrastructure independently certified to ISO/IEC 27001 (information-security management) and ISO/IEC 27017 (cloud-security controls). Our internal controls are aligned to the same standards; certification of Vaultero Capital's own management system is in progress and is not yet claimed.

Testing & independent assessment

We run periodic penetration testing and independent security assessment of the platform, and remediate findings on a risk-prioritised basis. Verified clients may request a summary report through their relationship manager.

Regulatory status. Vaultero Capital is not currently authorised or registered by the FCA, the SEC, FINRA or any other financial services regulator. A registration application is in progress; we make no claim of authorisation and publish no registration number until one is granted. Digital-asset services are not covered by investor compensation schemes. Nothing on this page should be read as a statement of regulated status.
